Please be responsible: Please inform Westcol Merch immediately of any unauthorized use of your Westcol Merch account. You are responsible for everything that happens through your Westcol Merch account, with or without your permission. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WESTCOL MERCH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR ACTIVITY THAT RESULTS FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

2. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT
Except for User Content (defined below), all content on our Platform, including text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features, articles, news stories , sketches, animations, stickers, artwork and other content ("Content"), is the property of Westcol Merch or third parties from which we obtain a license for the Content, and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents and other laws. Westcol Merch reserves all rights not expressly described in these Terms.

3. PUBLICATION OF CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM

LICENSE TO USE COMMENTS, OPINIONS AND IDEAS. You understand that any comments, feedback or ideas you submit to us are provided on a non-confidential basis and you grant Westcol Merch a perpetual, worldwide license to use any comments, feedback and ideas you may share with us, without prior notice, compensation or recognition to you, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services and creating, modifying or improving products and services.

4. USER CODE OF CONDUCT
